Billing, collection and outstanding receivables by allottee, with ageing analysis and recovery rate against the annual revenue target.
Lifecycle position of all applications — submitted, under review, approved, rejected and provisional allotment — with stage-wise ageing.
Quarterly return submission, export obligation fulfilment and employment target compliance by allottee, with default notices flagged.
Consolidated performance of all seven industrial sectors — plots, investment, employment and exports — for the SEZ Committee's sector review.
Milestone-wise construction progress for all units under development, with delay analysis, site visit history and Certificate of Completion status.
Refund claims against cancelled applications and excess payments — amount, approval stage, sanctioning officer and settlement status.
Complete system activity log — user, action, module, IP address and timestamp — for internal audit and Right to Information requests.
